You have already done the groundwork by establishing good policies, producing an Employee's handbook and Supervisors' guide. When your supervisors have questions about applying guidelines in a situation that is not specifically covered they can get quick help over the phone.

Most queries can be answered right away. Others require research and may take a few hours. Either way supervisors find the service helpful and reassuring. There is no standby charge and you are only billed for the time used. There is no extra charge for evening or weekend calls.
