Huntly Duff is an all-around Human Resources specialist, with particular experience, skills and interest in establishing straightforward workable Human Resources Policies & Procedures for both large established companies and growing entrepreneurial organizations.

Over the years Huntly has taken the Human Resources concepts developed for large sophisticated organizations and refined and simplified them for dynamic small organizations or independent divisions.

Huntly is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), a professional designation conferred by the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario.

Huntly was raised in Montreal and is fluently bilingual. He received an Honours degree in sociology with a specialization in industrial relations and a Masters degree in Sociology from McGill University and then began a career in Human Resources.

  • Four (4) years in Jonquière, Québec with Alcan,
  • Two (2) years in Hull, Québec as Superintendent of Labour Relations for E.B. Eddy Forest Products,
  • Ten (10) years in various Human Resources management positions for Consumers Packaging in Toronto,
  • Four (4) years as Director of Human Resources for Rolland inc.,
  • Three (3) years as Directeur des ressources humaines for the Metropolitan Toronto French Language School Board

In 1995 Huntly Duff & Associates was born.
