A good compensation program allows your organization to recruit, retain and motivate competent staff. It is a major key to your success. The benefits and costs of all elements of your compensation program should be accurately determined and taken into account whenever changes are made.

Your compensation program must be transparently fair between your current employees and with the market. Your pay rates must be reviewed for internal fairness and regularly compared to those of organizations that compete for your employees.

To do this requires basic tools and structures. Up-to-date job descriptions are essential for making internal comparisons, participating in market surveys and maintaining your pay equity system. We can assist you in developing and maintaining your pay systems.
